Test Manager

Location: Malaysia Onsite
Notice Period: 30days
Experience: 7+ years, Candidate needs to be onsite in Malaysia Currently.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Commercial and Corporate Loans, including Credit Applications, Underwriting processes, and Covenant management. Proven exposure to Core Banking systems such as General Ledger (GL), loan variables, and customer/accounting parameters is essential. Experience with risk engines, credit ratings, customer onboarding, and regulatory compliance is required. The role also demands familiarity with document management systems, OCR/scanning quality checks, API testing, data validation, and SFTP file handling.
Key Responsibilities: Own test strategy, test planning, execution, and sign-off while leading and managing IT, vendor, and business testers. Review test deliverables and manage daily and weekly status reporting, lead defect triage, escalation, and risk management activities, and coordinate both functional and non-functional testing. Ensure adherence to processes, quality metrics, and SLAs, act as the key interface between IT, business, and project stakeholders, and use JIRA and Confluence for test and defect management.
