N. Somashekhar (Soma) is a seasoned global technology and innovation leader with over 30 years of experience across AI, digital transformation, venture capital, and innovation ecosystems. As Chief AI Officer at Equative Solutions, he leads the company’s AI vision and drives next-generation enterprise AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
Formerly with Singapore Government’s IMDA, Soma played a key role in international technology partnerships and startup ecosystem development, including managing a S$150 million technology growth fund supporting over 50 startups. He is also an Adjunct Professor, mentor, and thought leader in AI, ESG, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
Soma is an MIT Sloan Fellow in Innovation and Global Leadership, bringing a unique blend of strategic leadership, global experience, and deep technology expertise to help enterprises accelerate transformation and innovation.
